Behemoth (Grimm Wolves MC #1)Behemoth by D.M. Earl
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Francis has a huge heart except most people can't get past his appearance. The Grimm Wolves took him under their wings when he was younger and they are his family. Never actually knowing what love was/is or what it means to have someone care about you. His life was pretty bad from the start. Tortured by his parents since birth I assume, his life was not that of a normal everyday kid.

Grace and Damien, this mother and son duo also had it rough. With her ex in prison for life for what he did to their son, she thinks her life is just going to keep on going without any interference from the ex. However since Wrecker was in charge of the Marauders MC club he makes sure they are watched. Once they find out Damien has made friends with Stitch aka Francis a war starts to brew.

She never really paid attention to what the Marauders did or how they interfered in her life until Francis, not wanting to end anything with Francis or Damien to lose his new friend she continues to build a relationship with him. Francis knew all about the Marauders and how they treated their women. He wasn’t backing down without a fight. And he did not back down from anyone

My take:

Behemoth, this read was okay. I am not gonna lie here. Felt choppy and the story line although unique as far as characters go felt; I don’t know a little off to me. It felt like there was a lot of repeating. A lot of always saying pretty much the same thing just in a slightly different way. Now, this is just MY perception of this book. Of course everyone has their own opinion.

I always like to give a decent review, like I’ve said this book wasn’t bad just felt off a little to me. But I always check out books no matter the star rating, there is always a chance the book is amazing to me and not the person who reviewed it. With that being said…….go get lost in a book you’ll love tonight!!

Dark King (Court of the Sea Fae, #1)Dark King by C.N. Crawford
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

One of the reasons I love being a part of the book community is finding reads I fall in love with. This is one of them.

Dark King by CN Crawford, ok I am not sure how the hell I found you…..but I am so freaking happy that I did!!!

The assassins showed up ready to kill Aenor, however she was not ready to go quietly or even at all. Aenor wasn’t going down without a fight. Her and Gina lived quietly underground killing the monsters that were evil. The Fae had come for her but she knew they would. Not giving up and fighting for her and GIna's lives, she fought the two Fae assassins.

While she struggled with the idea of killing the second Fae who was there to kill her, she knew she had to do it. However, it was not meant to be . With all it's twists and turns this story kept me captive. From the moment she comes out of the water to fight the two there to kill her to the moment she realizes once her powers are back, she won't need any protection. She will stand on her own two feet and fight those that come for her.

I loved this! I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal reads! The drama, the attraction of two amazing characters and the story line ! LOVED every second of this !!!

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Because Vodka!

I loved loved loved this book! I will never get enough of King, Bear, Preppy and now Nine. I've never written a review immediately after reading the book on my tablet yet here I am . Doing that. I'm bursting with giddiness! Lenny is a strong amazing young girl who like many deals with her anxiety in her own way. And Nine omg Nine. What he goes through as a child, got me all teary eyed and wanting to punch something. With all it's drama and anxiety ridden scenario's you find yourself rooting for these two.

The plot twist was perfect!! Never ever saw that coming and I thought it was someone else..

Because....reading .... Go get lost in this series right now!!!!

SIN by Elena M. Reyes

Title: SIN
Author: Elena M. Reyes
Genre: Suspense/Contemporary Romance
Release Date: April 29, 2019
I am both heaven and hell. Sin and pleasure.
The Devil she never sees coming…
Everyone knows that Malcolm Asher owns Chicago. Nothing—not a single move is made in my city without my authorization. I’m ruthless. Conniving. Worshipped by those around me, and yet, it means nothing the moment my eyes meet hers…
Clear blue and innocent, the delicate doll on this stage holds me captive against my will. She’s decadence personified—a corruptible angel I want to own.
I’m hard for her.
Starving for a taste.
Eager for her to feel me.
This little girl has no idea of the danger she’s in within my presence. How I will make her crave the darkness I control.
How I will make her…Mine.
TWIRL ENTERS THE ROOM five minutes before our time is set to begin. It’s Friday night, and I need her, my body’s wound tight from denying myself the pleasure of her touch. From only watching her through a small screen or sitting beside her a few hours at night when she’s sleeping inside that tiny bedroom.
For her I’ve gone from voyeur to stalker, and I’m not the least bit ashamed.
And knowing what I do now, my killing of her family is a gift to humanity. They deserve the worst. Will receive a punishment befitting the crime.
“I can do this,” she whispers then, pulling my attention back to her. For tonight, I vow to focus and make this solely about her. Give her something no one has ever before.
A choice.
London is stunningly beautiful; her steps slow while making her way toward the stereo and picking up the remote. That’s when she notices the piece of paper there. A small note asking her to follow my instructions:
Hit play.
Face the wall.
Close your eyes.
Count to ten.
Fuck, I’ve missed her.
Miss her looking at me with sweet and curious eyes. Miss seeing the want reflecting back at me.
Her breathing escalates, and the remote in her hand slips to the floor as a shiver runs up her spine. This between us is palpable—an unstoppable force we can’t control.
Can’t deny no matter how much I know she’s fighting it. Hearing her tonight while she spoke to the girls through a speaker inside Liam’s office only confirmed what I already know…
Twirl is afraid.
Too pure for this son of a bitch that will break down every one of her walls. The more I see—learn about her—the stronger my urges become. The more the idea of us cements itself in my head.
“I’m going insane,” she whispers to herself, oblivious to my presence within the room. Just how I want it. I’m hiding in the shadows. Nothing except her stage is lit up while I watch and sip from my drink. “Why am I letting him get to me?”
Because you want me. Because I’m as under your skin as you are under mine.
Twirl stretches her neck from side to side, shaking her limbs out to expel the tension. It’s a waste of time; we’re meant to explode. To burn hotter than the motherfucking sun each time we come together.
It takes her a few minutes, but London bends at the waist to pick up the small control. The little dress; a flirty light yellow number with a sweetheart neckline and short hem rides up, giving me a peak of the silk panties underneath. The ones that carry my initials at the upper right hand corner.
A guttural growl builds in my chest at the sight, but I fight it. Swallow my desire while palming my hard-as-steel cock, the thin dress pants doing little to contain the visible bulge—the throbbing against the metal zipper.
I want to fuck her. Own her.
Bury myself so deep within her pussy that she’ll feel me for days after. Ride her so hard that the imprint of my dick will forever be etched into her walls. Mine will be the only cock she’ll ever know. Ever want.
Closing my eyes, I take in a deep inhale. Try to regain composure when the music begins. A slow and sensual beat meant to entice the senses. That blatantly expresses my desires.
The hunger to taste every single inch of her.
My eyes snap open as the first riffs rent the air. I wait for her next move.
Her acceptance.
London takes her time, and I am in no rush.
I count down the seconds until I see her turn and give me her back. Another harsh exhale leaves her, arms shaking, and I quietly stand.
Another minute and she tips her face down. I follow her move with one of my own. Then another, and it’s when I’m halfway across the room that I hear her.
“One, two, three…four,” she whispers to herself, and then pauses. London tilts her head as if listening for my entrance. Tsk, tsk, baby. Come on. Finish for me. Holding my position, I wait for her to begin again. Sixty seconds pass, the intro for another song begins, and she gives in. “Five, six, seven…”
Before Twirl can say eight, I’m right behind her, her back to my front, and my hands clench as she whimpers out a shaky nine.
We both need this. To be close. To touch, and before she utters the next number, my lips are at her ear. Kissing the shell, nuzzling her fragrant skin. “Ten.”

“I knew you were here.”

Chasing Indigo new release by Ali Dean

Ryan Harding. He’s running royalty. The guy I’ve been following online since I started this sport. Sure, I’ve got a crush on him, but so does nearly every other runner in the country. I’m an unknown in this world, it’s not like the prince of distance running is ever going to notice me, which is for the best. I’ve been down this road once before with the Mr. Perfect type, and I’m not doing it again.

Indigo Adams stood out the moment I saw her cross the finish line. She’s not only got a gorgeous stride and stellar kick, but possesses the tenacity and drive required to reach the top. She’s the perfect fit for our newly-formed team in Colorado, though her running potential isn’t the only thing that’s captured my attention. Indigo seems skeptical of our selection of her and even more skeptical of me and my intentions. What will it take for her to see she belongs here in Brockton, on this team… and with me?

(This is a spinoff from the Pepper Jones series but can be read as a standalone.)

The Flyaways by A.R. Hadley **REVIEW**

The FlyawaysThe Flyaways by A.R. Hadley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A.R. Hadley once again puts poetry to paper and her flawless writing and storytelling ability has yet again held me captive. The journey of two souls who loved fast, deeply and furiously their instantaneous connection felt with every line read....holding my breath wanting more and more. As they couldn't get enough of each other I couldn't get enough of them. I fell in love ..between the lines and I fell in love when lines were crossed even more. Love ..... is .... love. It knows no rules, no boundaries no faults. It isn't privy to justification. Kelley (Professor Nicolo) and Holly have the kind of love that knew no time frame nor boundaries. What a beautiful love story.

Let me say this....Kelley is not the romantic kinda guy, he is the blunt in your face this is what I want and I know you want it just as much kinda guy. So if you have issues with guys who are dominate a bit crude and 100% honest, you might not like Kelley. I did. Took me a minute to understand and not judge but I got it.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to read this book for you and for giving us Kelley and Holly's story.

Strength by Jo Raven

StrengthStrength by Jo Raven
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I knew the moment I started reading this book I was going to love it! And I absolutely did.

Griffen, he is as hard as they come. He doesnt show emotions, well anger for sure. But he doesn’t believe he deserves love and anything that comes along with that love. As sick as he is fighting for his life, you would think he would admit to his feelings for Sophie. But no, hard ass comes with his flaws and all his doubts and insecurities. He thinks he doesn’t deserve love and oh how wrong he is, he will find out soon enough.

Sophie, the sweet girl who loves Griffen unconditionally. She doesn’t see flaws or insecurities or undeserved love or an undeserving person, no she sees him. She sees who is under all that bs. Her feelings for him run deep and they go back a long time. While he recovers she is by his side day in and day out.

Griffen and Sophie a complicated relationship full of doubts and lack of communication. But once they start to communicate, once they realize how foolish they have been, sparks fly and the end result is everything I hoped for. I really loved this book. I hope you read their story and they better be more!!! Lol.

Get lost in this book tonight :)
